MHK: [March 2008] Photography Workshop at Panchavati on 8th & 9th

Find below the details of the March MHK.

The event is open to all valid members of Mensa Bangalore, and you are welcome to bring a guest (non-Mensan) along. The event cost will be Rs 500 per head which will have to be paid at the venue (this is to cover venue, food and other expenses).

The confirmation email must reach me before Thursday 6th of March failing which your registration may not be accepted. This is because we have to make arrangements for food and other items which require at least 24 hours notice.

Please bring along any indoor/outdoor games that you have. Also request those who have sleeping bags/carry mats to kindly bring them in case we run short of beds.

For further clarifications, please write to me or call me on 98451-09012. Will send directions to Panchavati on Friday along with transport options for those requiring a ride.

4 PM - 5:30 PM: Photography Session II (Field Trip)
5:30 PM - 7 PM: Photography Session III (Review) & Snacks
7 PM - 9 PM: Chit Chat
9 PM - 10 PM: Dinner
10 PM - 12 AM: Music/Songs/Star Gazing
12 AM - 3 AM: Movie

9 AM - 10 AM: Breakfast
10 AM - 12 PM: Outdoor Games
12 PM - 1 PM: Chit Chat
1 PM - 2 PM: Lunch
